What's inside

Seven days. Seven pages. One strong foundation.

Each day is a single page in the PDF. Read in the morning, practice in three short bursts, tick the checklist at night. By Day 7 your puppy knows their name, can sit, walks on a loose leash, settles in the crate, and comes when called.

Who this is for

Built for the first week, not month four.

If you just brought home a puppy (or you're about to), this is for you. If your dog is two years old and chewing the couch, you want a different guide — that's coming.

01

First-time puppy parents

If this is your first dog (or first in a long time) and you'd rather have a plan than wing it, start here. No prior experience needed.

02

Anyone who wants a plan, not theories

Skip the 600-page training manual. Every section is short, every step is concrete, every day ends with a checklist.

03

People who want to train kindly

No leash pops. No alpha rolls. No shock collars. Just food, patience, and short, happy sessions that build trust.

How it works

Three short steps.

No upsell. No tripwire. No "limited-time offer" countdown.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most.

Is this really free?

Yes — no payment, no credit card, no upsell. Drop your email, get the PDF. We may send the occasional email with new training guides, but unsubscribe is one click and there's no spam.

How long does the training take each day?

About 15-20 minutes total — usually split into 2-3 short sessions. Puppies have short attention spans; long sessions backfire. The plan is built around what your puppy can actually focus on at this age.

My puppy is older than 8 weeks — does this still work?

Yes. The plan is designed for the first week your puppy is in your home, regardless of age. If you've adopted an older puppy or even a young rescue, Day 1 (settle in) and Day 2 (name response) still apply — and the rest builds the foundation any dog needs.

What if my puppy doesn't get it on Day X?

That's normal. Each day's checklist is a goal, not a deadline. If Day 3 (sit) takes two days instead of one, slow down. Repeat days as needed. The order matters more than the speed.

Will you spam me?

No. We send a short welcome email with the PDF, then maybe one email a week with new guides — only when we have something genuinely useful to share. Unsubscribe is in every email and works instantly.
